Privacy Policy

KipGrow is a school-facing product. Teachers and school staff create accounts on the website. Students do not create website accounts.

Teachers and school staff: name, email address, password hash, school affiliation, role, and activity needed to operate the service (for example quiz and session management).

Students (school roster): name, student ID (NIS), Student Code, class membership, Roblox account link when provided through the game, and quiz/session performance events and derived analytics.

Quote requests: contact details and school information submitted through the public quote form.

We use this information to operate school accounts, run quiz sessions, produce teacher analytics, provide support, prevent abuse, and respond to school quote requests. We do not sell student roster data.

Students play in Roblox using a Student Code issued by their school. KipGrow receives game events needed for session results and analytics. Roblox also processes data under Roblox's own terms and privacy policy, which are outside KipGrow's control.

School data is scoped to the school workspace. Teachers see information according to their role. We retain account and session data while a school account is active and as needed for security, billing operations, and legal obligations. Contact us to request corrections or deletion discussions for school-controlled records.

Teacher authentication uses email verification and HTTP-only session cookies. Passwords are hashed. Game API access uses a server API key. No security measure is perfect; report concerns through the contact page.
