Terms of Service

KipGrow provides a teacher web platform for school rostering, quizzes, live sessions, and analytics, connected to a Roblox student experience. Features available during a free trial may be limited by student count and duration.

Teacher accounts require a valid email address. School admins are responsible for teacher invites, roster accuracy, and appropriate classroom use. Students must not be asked to create KipGrow website accounts.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, abuse rate limits, or use KipGrow to harm students or other schools. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.

Free trials last 30 days with a student cap stated on the product. Paid school plans are offered according to the quote or agreement provided to your school. Marketing pages may describe quote-based regional pricing; your binding commercial terms are those confirmed for your school.

KipGrow and its branding remain our property. Schools retain rights to their roster data and original quiz content they upload, subject to the license needed for us to host and process that content to provide the service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that analytics will diagnose student ability beyond the metrics we compute from session answers.
